OP 104 has both automated and manual tumbling work cells . These cells are located on our Production floor to eliminate wasted time and effort if a tumbling operation is a requirement for a particular customer. There are advantages to both automated and manual processing, dependant on the part and the customer's requirements. We have the capability to perform both easily. Our tumbling processes can eliminate heavy burrs, provide burnishing, rapid rounding of edges, and runner removal from small plastic or die-cast parts. Our flexibility for specific tumbling operations and requirement fulfillment is a critical area of our daily operations.
