Planning
From initial customer enquiries through to the final shipments, our materials planning function is one of the most tightly controlled in the company. With our real-time supply chain systems, we provide flexibility and rapid response times. This allows our suppliers and OP 104 to react immediately to any imbalances in supply and demand situations.

Purchasing
Because of our state-of the art supply chain systems, we can offer highly competitive pricing, supply flexibility and reduced inventory risk. Our Purchasing personnel collaborate to obtain the materials we need, when we need them. We continually monitor market fluctuations, staying in communication to minimize lead times, enhance product availability, and follow emerging technology trends to maximize the benefits and capabilities of our processes.

Logistics
OP 104 maintains a FIFO system (first in, first out) to optimize inventory turns. We identify the most capable and economical carriers and customs personnel, while maintaining traceability and visibility of shipment information. We ensure the best possible pricing through agreements with our carriers and customs brokers. We have achieved and maintain NAFTA compliance for imported and exported shipments worldwide.
